Before founding Onyx Fire Marketing, Ray Damron spent nearly a decade building and scaling a specialty automotive shop. That meant living with the consequences of every marketing decision directly: what actually brought customers through the door, what looked good in a report and did nothing, and how quickly a bad month follows a bad strategy.
